Lester & Naty are excellent hosts providing the warmest of welcomes. They run a lovely casa and Remedios is the friendliest place I've ever visited, certainly in Cuba and very probably of anywhere I've been at anytime.

I know Cuba for 25 years, as coopérante; for me and my friend, we were fully satisfied of all: the best was all effords made by Naty and Lester to give us marveillous meals and attention each moment, in a country where all is difficult to obtain, principaly because USA blocus;
Ademas, added the situation to go easily to Cayo Santa Maria, SAnta Clara...

“WONDERFUL STAY”

We stayed in several casa particulars during our tree weeks in Cuba, but staying with Lester and Naty stands out as being the best part of our time in Cuba.
We experienced such warm hospitality, they are such wonderful, kind people and they treat their guests like beloved family members.
We tasted amazing dinners and breakfasts - the food was delicious and there was a lot more than two people could eat.
Accommodation was very comfortable; we stayed in big room and have everything we need. The bathroom was good - very clean and no problems with hot water.
The casa is a real gem.
We also loved Remedios. It’s a quiet and lovely city from where you can visit easily Cayo Las Brujas and Cayo Santa Maria. The playas were extremely beautiful.
Lester can give you all the information you need to spend a great time.
Both hosts are very enthusiastic and we had loved to spend some more time with them.

“Unrivaled in hospitality and graciousness”

I've stayed in various Casas throughout Cuba but found Casa Buen Viaje to be one of the most welcoming and receptive to our needs. Remedios is a quiet old colonial town but one can feel the history walking through streets and it is situated about half an hour from Santa Clara and about the same from beaches to the north. Lester and Naty's home is very spacious with high ceiling, interesting tile work and lovely large rooms with comfortable beds and private bath. You feel extremely comforable as soon as you step into their home. Nothing seems to be too much fof them or out of their way. Very gracious people and great cooks to book. We had the best fish dinner in Cuba. Not to mention the incredible, tranquil garden as well. If need to relax and sit back and enjoy then Casa Buen Viaje is the place to be. Plan to spend a few nights there!
