| Our room |
Lester and Naty were wonderful and friendly hosts. Our room was
extremely large and two double beds and a private bathroom. We just
adored Remedios and were so sad we only had one night there. Our hosts
organised a friend to take us by car to the nearby sugar factory and
museum which was fascinating and to on to Caibarien. We were the only
guests that night, although there are two rooms, but the advantage of
this was that we had more time to talk with Naty and Lester on their
comfortable terrace and gained an interesting insight into Cuban life.
We had our meals at the Casa and they were fantastic with huge portions
and really well prepared and cooked. (Choose Lester’s Fish if you stay!)
